Regulation on the processing of personal data

Dear Customer,
On January 1, 2004, Legislative Decree 196 of June 30, 2003 came into force, which governs the "protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data".

According to the art. 13 of this law Candele Firenze, as data controller, is required to provide certain information regarding the use of personal data of its customers:

Purposes of the data processing
The processing of personal and sensitive data referred to you is directed exclusively to the performance of the activity requested by you:
- request for custom quotes;

Source of personal data acquisition
Providing such data is optional, but in case of refusal it will be impossible to perform the requested services.

Data processing methods
The data processing is carried out also with the aid of electronic or automated means and may consist of any operation or set of operations among those provided for by Law 196/2003.

Categories of subjects to whom they can be communicated
Personal data are not subject to disclosure, however, limited to carrying out the activity, they can be communicated to third parties,
such as, for example, but not limited to: consultants, IT companies for maintenance and control of operating systems, etc.
In this case the identification data of the corresponding owners and managers may be acquired from the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and from the same identified subjects. The data may also be transferred outside the Italian territory.

Rights pursuant to art. 7 Law 196/2003
Pursuant to Article 7 of Law 196/2003, the interested party can obtain from the data controller the confirmation or not of the existence of his personal data, to have knowledge of the origin of such data, as well as the characteristics of the treatment; can also obtain the cancellation or anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or integration of data; may also oppose the processing for legitimate reasons.
